  • 3 Russet Potatoes
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 4 strips Bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 tsp Sonoran Spice Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Wash and dry potatoes and piece each one with a fork multiple times.

  • Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes or until your can pierce through easily with a knife.
  • Cut each potato lengthwise and scoop out the center.

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

  • Pat wings dry with a paper towel and season with the spice mixture. Coat with flour and place them skin side down onto the pan.

  • Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes stirring constantly to make a roux.
  • Gradually add in a milk, whisking until smooth.
  • Cook for about 2 minutes, whisking constantly until you reach desired consistency.
  • Add in shredded cheddar cheese, and jalapeno powder and stir until the melted and smooth.
  • Add drained macaroni to sauce and stir until coated. Stir in jalapenos.
  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs or panko and broil in the oven for a crispier finish.
