Habanero and Blue Cheese Burger Recipe

Habanero and Blue Cheese Burgers
Habanero Blue Cheese Burgers

Hamburgers are one of my top 3 favorite foods. There’s something about having a burger, one that has a good crunch from veggies and cheesy topping. This Habanero and Blue Cheese Burger will give you just that!

Burgers started with just a patty in two slices of bread, evolving to buns or even lettuce wraps. The never-ending list of toppings. The type of meat used for burgers has come a long way as well, turkey burgers, salmon burgers, bean burgers are just a few options.

This juicy burger has a spicy, creamy blue cheese sauce to top off, it really is a unique experience! The addition of habanero flakes with the blue cheese sauce can create a balance to tame the heat, the dairy dissolves the capsaicin from the pepper. These peppers range from 100,000 to 500,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).

Now depending on where you grew up, you may have paired your burger with different sides. French fries, tater tots, potato chips are pretty popular. If you’re at a picnic you might even have potato or macaroni salad, with the endless possibilities we think you will find a favorite.
